Every order ships in a plain outer box. There are no product images and no brand names printed on the outside, and the shipping label carries a neutral sender name.
Body-safe materials, and the exact material for each product is listed in its specification table. Wash before first use and after every use with warm water and a toy-safe cleaner.
Removable sleeves come out and rinse under warm water with a toy-safe cleaner. Let everything dry completely before storing. Keep it out of direct sunlight and don't store it touching other rubber or silicone items.
Rechargeable models charge over USB-C, and run time and charge time are listed on each product page. The Play MAX, for example, runs for 90 minutes on a two-hour charge.
30-day returns. If a product arrives faulty we cover the return postage. For hygiene reasons an opened product can only be returned for a quality fault.
